Shopping List

Human nature is to always want something new, no matter what we have.
Well, this is a tribute to the fact that my human nature of wanting things is still here and thriving!

Want?
-Nice lip gloss.
Not just ANY lip gloss. A great quality. Perfect colour for my skin tone (it's harder than you can imagine. Pink skin + pink gloss = Oink oink!)
I've always gone for cheaper, drug-store lip glosses and been disappointed with them. I got Benefit Lip-Gloss as a gift, and love it. But it's such a hot pink colour, I'm not so sure if it goes well with my skin.
And since I love cute packaging, I'm head over heels for BALMSHELL lip-gloss. How adorable is the '80s slide illustration? Absolutely fab! I love the purple shade!

So... this is my goal. To save up enough money, to buy myself a little treat like a high-quality, expensive signature lippy. Yes, sad but true.

-Signature scent.
Oh god. Last week, I tried one of my mother's older essential oils, that she bought at a funky little hippy shop a few years ago. So, I dab some on, and hope that the jasmine will make me seem mysterious and sultry.

DEFINITIVELY DID NOT WORK.

Instead, I sit down in class, and the girls behind me started going, "Urgh?! What's that smell? I can hardly breathe!" Obviously, since life loves to bite you in the bum, it was me. I had to run to wash it off, and even ask one of the staff members for another school shirt to wear.

Since then, I've been too afraid to put any perfume on, but I really want to find one that works well with my skin. Not to mention, that actually smells right. Tried the new Sarah Jessica Parker scent, Covet, but it's too sweet. Oh well, points for trying!

I'm going to go burn my brains apart by studying for a quiz, then go and take a bath. It's cold here now! YAY! Fall fashion!
